Steve Erb

Helping others understand their strengths, areas they’re passionate about and helping them get better at what they do are all things that Steve loves! As Chief Operating Officer, Steve leads the daily operations, technology and human resources departments at Bare.  “Bare’s mission to help change the culture through generosity is a blessing because we are not only helping our clients achieve their goals but in turn allowing them to leave a legacy for their families and impact in their communities for many years into the future!”

Steve has been married to his wife Deb for over 32 years and they have four children and nine grandchildren. They attend and are involved in Lives Changed by Christ (LCBC) Church.

MOUNTAINS OR BEACH: I like both, but for different reasons.  I like to hike in the mountains and use that time of solitude with my Heavenly Father.  It allows me to reflect on His goodness and faithfulness, as well as to seek His direction.

For the Beach, it’s where Deb and I love to spend time as a family.  We enjoy going to Hilton Head Island, and with 9 adults and 9 grandchildren ages 6 and under, it can get a little crazy, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.  We are truly blessed!
